    Tour CANCELLATION

    Ontario Snowcruises Lid: reserves the right to modify, alter or cancel all or part of any snowmobile tour without prior notice to customer. If a tour is cancelled, all monies paid by the customer will be
    refunded in full and this refund will be considered as full and final payment.

    CANCELLATION CHARGES

    If the reservations are canceled by the customer, the following charges will apply:

    • 16 to 60 days prior to tour departure = 25% of price
    • – 0 to 15 days prior to tour departure = 50% of price
